Dinwiddie Commerce Park

Dinwiddie Commerce Park (DCP) is located at the I-85 US 460/US 1 interchange (Exit 61), 25 miles south of Richmond. DCP is a 243 acre multi-use development zoned to support a variety of uses (Light Industrial, Retail, Commercial and Office). The Dinwiddie County Airport is directly across US 460 from DCP. Construction of the internal access road from US 460 was completed in November 2009. Water, sewer, electric are in available within the park, and natural gas can be easily extended. The Park is owned by Dinwiddie County. Lots are priced from $30,000 to $50,000 per acre.

DCP is designated as a Giga Park and fiber is in the ground along US 460 at the front of the park. Any telecommunication need could be met at DCP.
